Our return period is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start the return process, please email Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Items that are received defective or damaged will be exchanged within the first 30 days after purchase. If you need to make an exchange, email Customer Service at email@example.com. The return and exchange shipping costs will be covered by Jimmy the Crab if the product is deemed to be defective. Retain your return shipping receipt for refund consideration.

Refunds on Sale items
